2. Ensure that they are easy to understand. If you're offering your high ticket coaching programs through email or through member-only website, ensure that your content is very easy to understand. Your clients must not need to read your content over and over again just to get the message that you're trying to get across. I suggest that you use their language and those terms that they're used to. Also, it will help if you use visuals and video especially if you are giving out instructions and guides.
3. Ensure that you offer complete information. As you are charging your clients thousands of dollars, it is but fair to give them all the information that they are looking for. 5. Have genuine concern for your clients. Your coaching programs will surely become instant success if you really care about your clients. You must not only after their money. You must also be genuinely interested in helping them out.
